We have great year in real estate so far! By the end of June we will have already met our goal for the entire year! This is great news, and it’s a sign the market is starting to recover. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Dane county prices were up 4.4% and sales were up 15.3% this April over last April. Now is the time!
