Spring is not far off, but the spring craziness in the housing market has already hit! Buyers are coming out of the woodwork and searching for homes. Good properties that are accurately priced are moving fast. Believe it or not, we are back to seeing multiple offers on houses, and the last open house we held was our busiest ever. Check out these stats from only the first 5 days of a recent listing:

…and most importantly there was an accepted offer within 3 days! Of course this house was well staged and priced perfectly to get this much activity. However, this goes to show how active buyers are right now. If you have a house to sell NOW is the time to list it.
